Here's my take on it. I can't take credit for the "twist". After a day of blog hopping and web surfing, I found myself at http://www.thescrapyardrose.com/. Her post on her Thanksgiving mini album is what gave me the inspiration to do the explosion box a little differently.

The "Exploded" View |
This view shows how the tags are not attached to the sides of the box. This gives extra room for journaling, pictures, or whatever, on the sides. |
I will edit this post tomorrow (hopefully!) with the details on making this box.
Thanks for visiting!
Very nice!!!
ReplyDeleteI really love your box and the twist is an awesome idea! You did a great job on this hope that you don't mind if I scraplift! TFS
ReplyDeleteThank you ladies for your comments. Scraplift away!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely LOVE it! There are so many things that you can do with these explosion boxes. I worked on one at my crop on Sunday and it is one with a twist also. I should be posting it on my blog tonight. Come on by and check it out! Thanks for the shout out in your post and for taking up my challenge to create your own explosion box!
ReplyDeleteI love Expoleding Boxes, and the twist is great. I have to try this version with the fold in sides.
